Are the photos of the actual card I'll receive?
Yes. Every card in our shop is scanned front and back at 600 DPI, and the scans are of the exact copy we'll send you.
How much is postage when I buy?
One postage charge per order, shown in your basket before you pay. Every order is sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Can I return a card I bought?
Yes. You can return items up to 30 days after delivery. See our returns policy for how. Returns policy
How do I know what condition my cards are in?
We use four condition grades: Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Medium Played (MP), and Heavily Played (HP). Near Mint cards show no visible wear, while Heavily Played cards may have significant scratches or creases. The same grades apply to the cards we sell. Condition guide
How long does selling take?
Once you request a selling pack, we'll dispatch it within 1-2 working days. After we receive your cards, payment is processed within 48 hours.
What happens if my cards are in worse condition than I stated?
If the condition of your cards doesn't match your submission, we'll contact you with a revised offer. You can choose to accept the new offer or have your cards returned free of charge.
Which cards do you buy and sell?
We currently buy and sell Pokémon trading cards. We're working on expanding to other games soon.
How do I get paid when I sell?
We currently pay via bank transfer. Payment is processed within 48 hours of receiving and verifying your cards.
